via traveling from San Diego to New York to Amsterdam in 36 hours I flipped my biorhythms all the way round to not really being jetlagged. Or at least that’s what my BRAIN thinks. Because despite not being really tired at all the past couple days, I went through most of today not eating much of anything — no real breakfast, light lunch, no dinner. That’s weird, my BRAIN thought as I went to bed around midnight. But then it turns out my stomach is terribly jetlagged because now it’s ravenously consuming me from the inside. First world problem but I don’t think I’ve ever been jarred awake by hunger? So here I am waiting on a room service pizza at 3am local time. Thanks BRAIN. At least now we both know who’s really in charge.
